Transparency

We strive to be transparent in all decisions and actions. The EDS youth board runs EDS on a daily basis, proposes innovative ideas for developing EDS and take decisions in line with the EDS principles.

Anti-corruption

EDS is against any form of corruption and has zero tolerance for corruption. We work actively to prevent, detect and avoid corruption in EDS. We collaborate with Transparency International Bangladesh to raise awareness against corruption.

Learning from experience and reflection

EDS is a learning community where we actively share and critically reflect on experiences. We encourage children and youth to identify challenges facing children and youth, share ideas on how to solve it and take initiative. We learn together from our experiences and continuously seek to improve ourselves. We mentor EDS change agents for empowerment through action-reflection cycles. As action researchers we are transparent about our values and experiences which influence our decisions during the research. To learn more, see (Link: Publications).
